I understand that this submission is for one (1) release only. To promote two (2) releases, please complete the checkout process twice.

Promotion campaigns can be purchased for both future releases or existing releases. This service does NOT guarantee release day placements. We try our best to begin promotion as close to your release date as possible. Exact promotion start dates are not guaranteed.

Orders for future releases must be redeemed within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.

I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor the progress of this campaign inside of Spotify for Artists.

I understand that campaign outcomes are unpredictable and that there is no guarantee of any single result.

I will hold Indie Music Academy, its partners, contributors, products, and services harmless regardless of the outcome of my campaign.

I understand that I assume all liability, and release all other parties from liability resulting from circumstances and events surrounding this campaign.

I understand that these playlists are not owned by the Indie Music Academy and are not controlled or influenced by the Indie Music Academy.

I understand that once this service has been completed, this transaction will no longer be refundable for any reason.

Indie Music Academy may reference publicly available campaign work, artist collaborations, release titles, streaming metrics, and non-confidential promotional outcomes as part of its portfolio, marketing materials, educational content, and case studies, unless otherwise restricted by written agreement.
